Pay: $17-$30+ an hour. The way pay works is that you earn a % of the revenue that your labor generates the company, on top of base pay. The longer you work for us the higher both your base pay and your percentage pay become. Beginner base pay is $17 an hour and beginner labor % pay is 25%. If you want to work more efficiently and finish your jobs earlier, you'll be paid more and have more time left for your personal life. THIS IS NOT a sales role, jobs are GUARANTEED and scheduled by the company.

Job Description: You'll be traveling around one (or more) of the counties of Utah, maintaining and cleaning hot tubs for our clients. Training is provided! Currently a part time position (about 20-25 hours a month currently), but could grow into a full time one.

About Us: We are a small hot tub cleaning business based out of Utah County. We started business early 2024, and have been growing slowly but steadily since.

Requirements:

- The most IMPORTANT requirement is punctual and articulate communication with management and with our clients.
- Ability to pay attention to small details and follow instructions
- Reliably lift 50lbs over your head
- This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, non e-cigarette, non alcoholic, drug free (etc.) position
- Must live or be willing to relocate to the county where the clients are located
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation
- Must be comfortable driving a lot for work
- Must be over 18, hold a valid drivers license, and can legally work in the United States
- Must own a functioning smartphone with internet accessibility
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Challenges of the Position: You'll be navigating traffic and sometimes unpredictable drivers. You're outside as well; you'll experience the cold winter and the hot summer (gear will be provided to keep you warm in the winter). Some clients have dogs that aren't so friendly, so you may have to wait at their house for them to verify that the dogs are locked up.
