Welcome to Oasis Tub Services (“Oasis Tub Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, mobile messaging, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

4. Services & Appointments

If you schedule hot tub cleaning, maintenance, or any service with us:

  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on route schedules

  • You agree that access to the hot tub is required to complete the service

  • You agree to follow any pre-service instructions we send

  • We may reschedule appointments due to weather, safety issues, or mechanical failures

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.

5. Subscription & Recurring Plans

If you enroll in a weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance plan:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method

  • You may cancel at any time unless otherwise specified in your service agreement

  • Services already completed are non-refundable

  • Cancelation or rescheduling must follow our stated policies

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, service details, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

We may change or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

7. SMS Messaging (10DLC-Compliant)

By opting in to receive text messages from Oasis Tub Services, you agree to receive:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service updates and technician ETAs

  • Marketing and promotional messages

  • Customer support communication

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
